How do we do our CMT at LabelSTITCH factories?
1. The process begins with cutting, where fabric is measured and cut according to the client’s specifications and design patterns. This stage is crucial, as it ensures each piece is cut accurately to maintain uniformity and minimize fabric waste. Advanced cutting machinery and skilled operators in Labelstitch’s Lahore, Karachi, and Istanbul factories guarantee that each garment’s foundation is laid with care.
2. In most cases, cut pieces would either go to sublimation printing, screen printing or embroidery. This is where we add design and details to the parts of garments that you need them to.
3. Cut and embellished fabrics then go to the sewing room where our seamstresses and seamsters sew them together into finished garments, and add labels, buttons and similar trimmings.
4. Before packing them, our quality control team will look for inconsistencies like loose threads or impurities. They’ll pack the pieces that pass the quality control including metal detection and send the faulty ones for corrections
5. Depending on the clients packing requirements, the garments packed into boxes ready for shipment to your warehouse.
